GUIYANG, May 17 (Xinhua) -- The Zhucheng Customs in southwest China's Guizhou Province has issued the province's first export certificate of origin under the free trade agreement (FTA) between China and Ecuador. The Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd. received the certificate for its to-be-exported rubber tyres with a total value of about 529,000 yuan (about 74,460 U.S. dollars). With this certificate of origin, the company will get a tariff concession of around 4,758.4 yuan as the tariff rate was cut from 15 percent to 14.1 percent.
